Supplemental EIS Advisory Committee and Interdisciplinary Team
Advisory Committee Roles and Responsibilities
An Advisory Committee (AC) was established in order to provide policy guidance on the development and selection of alternatives for the Supplemental EIS; assist MDT, FHWA and CSKT in shaping the project; assure that the public has full input; review information provided by the consultant team; provide recommendations for consideration by MDT, FHWA and CSKT; and help disseminate project information within the community. The AC is advisory only and does not have decision-making authority.

Interdisciplinary Team Roles and Responsibilities
The Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) provides guidance to the Advisory Committee; technical direction for the development of the SEIS alternatives; and helps develop and refine a reasonable range of alternatives that address the opportunities, concerns, and impacts associated with the SEIS Project. These concerns include areas such as traffic, economic, environmental, cultural, historic, and safety. The IDT maintains a dialogue with their respective agency or group and reviews information provided by the consultant team.
